A high-voltage single polarity DC generator designed to complement our electrostatic emitters.
The electrostatic charges are capable of temporarily adhering plastic or paper materials to a desired surface, with no physical contact between the emitter and the material.
Electrostatic chargers are used to improve the quality of the final product and reduce production waste, times, and costs during various industrial processes, including extrusion-casting on chill-rolls, automatic reel changes, application of protective films on stone/laminate, panel finishing, label application, and more.
Cason electrostatic devices are robust, require minimal maintenance, and are easy to install.

GEE-R2:

• The compact and high-performance GEE-R2 unit consists of a robust painted sheet steel container equipped with 4 handy external fixing holes.
The front features a luminous ON/OFF switch, a protection fuse, a control panel (start-stop, output voltage adjustment, operating mode setting) and a large backlit display.
The electrical connectors for the following functions are found on the back of the generator:
1) power supply;
2) contact for external activation signal;
3) Modbus contact (optional);
4) up to n°2 uscite di alta tensione (for as many electrostatic emitters).
