TA SERIES: Anti-static power supplies
Device designed to complement our anti-static products, in order to reduce or eliminate the electrostatic charges that naturally form on the insulating materials due to rubbing and separating during the industrial processes of extrusion, labelling, screen printing, engraving, weaving, unwinding/winding, laminating, etc.
These charges can reach extremely high levels, and it is essential to reduce them in order to avoid compromising production quality, times, and costs, as well as to ensure the operators’ safety.
Each system consists of one or more anti-static emitters and a dedicated TA.5 power supply.
The Cason anti-shock anti-static devices are robust, easy to install, and require little maintenance.
TA.5:
• The TA.5 is the unit used to power our anti-shock anti-static devices; it consists of a robust painted sheet steel container with a screwed-on lid.
On the front it has a luminous ON/OFF switch, a thermal circuit breaker to protect the transformer, and a power on indicator light.
On the back of the power supply unit there are 4 outputs for connecting multiple anti-static devices.
