AE SERIES: 24VDC-Pulse Electronic anti-static bars

24 VDC electronic anti-static systems to reduce or eliminate the electrostatic charges that naturally form on the insulating materials due to rubbing and separating during the industrial processes of extrusion, labelling, screen printing, engraving, weaving / textile, unwinding/winding, laminating, etc.
These charges can reach extremely high levels, and it is essential to reduce them in order to avoid compromising production quality, times, and costs, as well as to ensure the operators’ safety.
The Cason 24VDC electronic anti-static devices are robust, easy to install, and require little maintenance.

Electronic bars with 24VDC Pulsed technology:
• Pulsed DC technology allows for excellent results to be achieved in eliminating static electricity, even to the point of surpassing traditional AC and mains frequency anti-static bars in terms of power and neutralising performance.
All the electronic circuits are contained within the bar itself, with the 24VDC low-voltage power supply arriving directly at the bar, thus eliminating the need to carry 230VAC on the line plant
The emitter tips are equipped with protective resistors that limit the current; they are therefore anti-shock, intrinsically safe for the operator and do not need to be installed in segregated areas.
The AE series bars are equipped with a convenient rear guide in which the fixing screws are housed, sliding along the entire length.
