GET15 SERIES: Power Generators for Corona Treatments

The GET15 is the power generator for our corona treatment stations.

It is equipped with a 7-inch colour HMI panel with a simple and intuitive graphical user interface, which is interconnected to all the on-board electronics and sensors, and allows the user to monitor the system’s status, adjust the parameters, and control the discharge station.

Operating modes:
• Manual (manual activation of all the phases)
• Automatic start cycle (one-button start)
• Autostart (activation with external enabling)
• Ramp (power proportional to speed)
• Humidity (start-up with gradual increase in power).

Programme archive:
• it is possible to create, save, and load custom working recipes for recurring processes.

Event log:
• Events and alarms are stored in a special log for consultation, complete with their date and time of occurrence.

Safety, checks, and signals:
• The discharge station’s emergency stops, mobile guards, and electrode boxes are managed and monitored by dual channel safety switches.
• Management of the sensors dedicated to monitoring the rotation of the treatment rollers and the extraction flow.
• Monitoring of the electrical parameters of the inverters, the high voltage circuit, the dielectric, and the power supply voltage.
• Signals: anomalies and faults are signalled by means of messages on the panel, the activation of buzzers, and light signals. In the case of critical alarms, operation is interrupted and restarting is prevented until the proper operating conditions are restored.

Optionals:
• Teleservice: module for obtaining direct teleservice through our service department (direct access, no local PC required), complete with system monitoring and diagnostics.
• Communication: module for data exchange between the customer’s plant generators. Various communication protocols available, such as Modbus TCP, Profinet, Ethercat, etc.
