E-SL25 SERIES: Resistive-coupled charge bars

A high-voltage direct current single polarity electrostatic system for temporarily adhering plastic or paper materials to a desired surface, with no physical contact between the emitter and the material.
Electrostatic chargers are used to improve the quality of the final product and reduce production waste, times, and costs during certain specific industrial processes.
Each system consists of one or more charging electrodes and a dedicated GEE-R2 generator.
Cason electrostatic devices are robust, require minimal maintenance, and are easy to install.

Charging bars:
• The use of E-SL25 charging bars is particularly suitable for:
Automatic reel changes, to temporarily fix the winding film on the new core;
Application of protective films on stone or other materials;
Application of decorative foil on melamine-faced panels
– In all cases where the need arises to have a temporary compacting effect on a given planar surface.

The E-SL25 units are equipped with resistively coupled emitter tips to limit their current (thus preventing strong arcs from being triggered and reducing their contact hazard) and, in the event that one tip should short circuit to ground, to ensure that the remaining two tips remain operational.
The E-SL25 charging bars are equipped with a convenient rear guide in which the fixing screws are housed, sliding along the entire length.

Experience, know-how and product range:
• Our decades of experience and diverse product range allow us to help our customers choose the electrostatic devices most suitable for their specific applications, which is an extremely important factor in the electrostatic field.
